Condominium and apartment common areas, churches, schools and government land are not counted here; the coverage page counts them.
- The city is the one the Broward County tax roll records for each parcel. It is not a city-limits boundary, and parcels the roll lists as unincorporated count toward the county only.
- A multi-lot portfolio means the group that controls the owner company holds two or more commercial lots in Broward and Palm Beach.
