How we count
- "Commercial lots" are improved commercial and industrial parcels: Florida Department of Revenue land-use codes 11 to 49, without vacant land and without the few uses we do not load (theaters, bars, arenas, attractions, camps and race tracks). Condominium and apartment common areas, churches, schools and government land are not counted here; the coverage page counts them.
- The city is the one the Broward and Palm Beach tax roll records for each parcel. It is not a city-limits boundary, and parcels the roll lists as unincorporated count toward the county only.
- A multi-lot portfolio means the group that controls the owner company holds two or more commercial lots in Broward and Palm Beach.
