The person who approves a striping or sealcoating job is rarely the name on the tax roll. LotViews follows the public record from the lot to the owner, the owner to its managing firm, and the firm to the person who decides.
How we work
- Public records only: the county tax roll, state corporate filings and public aerial photos.
- A source on every fact, and on every phone number, email and address.
- Honest coverage: condition evidence is limited to about 2% of parcels today, and we say so wherever it matters.
